Shipping and Return Policies
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may send the product back to us in exchange for another one, be it similar or not.
You may return a product for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Any product returned for exchange must have its original tags attached, be accompanied by the original receipt, be in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and must include insurance in an amount equivalent to the original purchase price to cover any losses incurred during transit.
Due to the nature of fabric availability, we are unable to guarantee that we will have the exact same item available. In the event that we do not have an identical item in stock, we will happily issue a store credit in the amount of the original item cost that you may use toward your next purchase.
Shipping, Delivery, & Tracking
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail flat rate which includes insurance and tracking information for your precious and valuable cargo.
Tracking numbers should automatically be sent to you via email once we process your label for shipment. If you do not receive an email with a tracking number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide it to you.

Payments processed through PayPal are secured according to PayPal policies and standards. Your personal credit card information remains private.
